About If Profile Shop
Terms of payment
A freight charge will be added to your order in the shopping basket. The freight charge is based on the total weight of the order and delivery method. All invoices will be presented in local currency, payment 30 days net. Brandon reserve the right to alter the prices when necessary and without prior notice.
Deliveries
All goods are shipped from Brandons warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden, with UPS or Schenker to requested delivery address. For delivery to a private address, it takes a few extra days as the delivery is made to your parcel agent. Please note, PO box address is not accepted as a delivery address.
Standard delivery: Normal delivery time is 2-4 work days due to destination.
Shipment tracking
Detailed delivery information about your order is shown under My account -> Orders. At this page you find all information about your orders such as status, tracking number etc.
Products out of stock
If you have a large order, please submit it well in advance of the date when the products are needed. Current delivery time to Warehouse is shown at the product page. Do you know that you can get a reminder email when the product is in stock? Click the "Notify me" button on the product page. You will then receive an e-mail as soon as the product has arrived to warehouse and is available for ordering.
Special order
When you need products outside the assortment offered in the profile shop, adding a pay off or assistance with suggestions for an event etc., Brandon will be happy to assist you. Please contact gunilla.henriksson@brandoncompany.com, enter your information and we will get back to you.
Exchange / Claim
Please note that all products are exclusively produced for If by Brandon, which means that all orders are binding and the customer has no right to return a flawless product.
Exchange size
If you wish to change to another size, you may do so within 14 days of the date after you received your order. Contact if@brandoncompany.com with your order details and advise the reason for returning the product. Customer service will send you a return form, which should always be enclosed with your product in undamaged original packaging. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all delivery costs. Goods without a return note will not be processed.
Faulty items
We want you to be completely satisfied with the product you have purchased and you have the right to return, free of charge, wrongly picked, wrongly delivered or damaged merchandise. Please note we are unable to accept used or worn articles in return (expect in the event of manufacturing or material defects). The delivery charge will be refunded in the event of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If you have a faulty item, please contact if@brandoncompany.com with your order details and advise the reason for returning the product. Customer service will send you a return form, which should always be enclosed with the goods you are returning. Goods without a return note will not be processed.
Transport damage
Rejects caused by transport damage shall in the first instance be given, in connection with goods reception, to the transport company appointed by the supplier, with a request for settlement of damages from Brandon
Public Holidays
Note that there will be no deliveries or transactions made from Brandon warehouse in Sweden on Swedish public holidays. During these days orders can be placed, but no order processing or customer support will be available.
Private purchase
You are welcome to order products for private use, when entering the Profile Shop you need to choose customer type "Private". All prices are stated included Swedish VAT. No freight or handling fee is charged, these are subsidized by If.
You can pay with your credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard and your payment is secured by PayEx. The card number is sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank. The merchant does not have access to any information about the card or your bank account. The PayEx server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions.
